Compu-FoamCore

Compu-FoamCore can cut custom Wings (for any airplane) to your specifications and ship them to you.

Compu-FoamCore can also copy and cut airfoil profiles from old plans.

Using this machine, I can cut foam wing cores to most any airfoil, camber, including multiple sectioned wings. This system is fully computerized and can cut very precise multiple cambered wing sections.

Once the desired airfoil parameters are entered into the program, it cuts the wing automatically and accurately. Thickness and camber can be set independently, for any airfoil along the full length of the wing.

The wing section data for each wing section is entered into the machine. There can be as many sections as you desire. Each wing section is cut 1/8" longer at each end for you to fit the sections properly.

For example: For a 2 meter, 4 section wing, only Section's #1 and #2 are entered and the machine will cut the sections exactly as specified. All cores are cut to less than 0.005" tolerance!
